How do I return my order?Updated a day ago

To return an item, you can purchase a return label through us for €7,95. This ensures tracking of your package as well as coverage during shipping. You can start the return process by following the guide and tips below, or by visiting the returns page on our webshop.

Follow the guide below:

✔️ Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order
If you entered an incorrect email during checkout and experience errors when registering your return, you will need to enter the same incorrect email again before you can download your return label.

✔️ Fill in the required fields to receive your return label
If you do not wish to return a specific product, simply leave the line blank.

✔️ Select shipping method
When choosing shipping, you must actively select a carrier — then you will be able to download your label.

✔️ You can track your return package either with the tracking number or by clicking the link sent to you via email from CoolRunner.

✔️ Print the returnlabel and attach it to you package. Please remember to remove your original label when dropping off the package to prevent it from being returned to you.

• Please read the return policy before sending your order back to us.
  
  
• It is not possible to request an exchange by writing it in the comment field when registering your return.
  
  
• We always recommend that you obtain a drop-off receipt when handing in your return package.
  
  
• Multiple orders cannot be returned in one combined parcel — read more here.
  
  
• Please remember to remove the original shipping label before dropping off your return to avoid it being sent back to you.
