📦 Returning Multiple Orders

Through our return portal, it is unfortunately not possible to return multiple orders in one package with a single return label.

For each order, an individual return label must be created so that every package has one label per order number.

🔁 Have you already returned multiple orders in one package?
In that case, you will be charged per order, as we process them individually.

📬 If you return without using our portal:
You are welcome to send your return without using our return portal, but we strongly recommend securing the package with both tracking and insurance. We do not cover any costs for lost return parcels sent outside of our system.

ℹ️ Why is this important?
For documentation purposes with our shipping provider, it is necessary to have one label per order.
If a combined return package were to be lost, we would not be able to document that it contained items from multiple orders — and we can only cover what is registered through the return portal.
