Why has my return package been sent back to me?Updated 2 days ago

We unfortunately experience that some return parcels are sent back to the sender during shipping.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • The return label was not correctly attached at the parcel shop

  • The package was placed incorrectly at the parcel shop

  • The label came off during transport

  • The carrier scanned an old label that wasn’t properly covered

If you receive a message from the carrier stating that you can pick up your return parcel again, it is most likely due to one of the above reasons.

🔁 What should you do then?
You can easily create a new return label via our return portal.

👉 Remember to remove the original shipping label so your return package won’t risk being sent back to you again.

⏱️ Processing and return period
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, the processing time is up to 10 business days. Only one label fee will be charged when handling your return package.

Should you exceed the 14-day return deadline in the meantime, please contact our customer service. We’ll be happy to help you find a good solution.
