Order number

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation or in the subject line of the email we sent you.
It consists of digits, a dash, and two capital letters.

Your order number follows this format: GL-1234

🚫 Please note that our return portal does not accept the following formats:

• 1234

• gl-1234

• dk 3333

• GL 1234

✔️It may be a good idea to check whether your browser has saved multiple email addresses, as it might automatically insert a different one when placing an order.

✔️If our return portal shows an error with the entered details, please make sure that the email address you have entered matches the one used for your order.

✔️If you have contacted us because of an error in the email address entered when placing your order, you will need to use the incorrect email address in the return portal in order to generate a return label.

You can still download your return label immediately after creating it in your current browser, even if an incorrect email was entered in the original order.
