Once we have received your return package at our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days for us to complete the processing.

After processing, you will receive a new email regarding your refund. From that point, it may take an additional 2–4 business days before the funds are visibly registered in your account.

💳 Helpful tips regarding your refund

• If payment was made with Mastercard, the refund can take up to 30 days.
  
  

• Please keep in mind that public holidays may cause delays in the processing of your return package, depending on the number of consecutive non-working days.
  
  

• If your payment card has been blocked or replaced with a new one, the system can still refund the amount to your account without issues. However, it may take longer as the amount must be redirected correctly.
