If you do not collect your order from the post office, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

The parcel shop will store your package for at least 14 days. During peak periods, some parcel shops may only store your package for up to 7 days. The number of days varies from shop to shop, and we have no control over when a package is automatically returned from the different shops.

Please note the following:
 💳 If you do not collect your order from the parcel shop, a return fee will always be deducted when your return package is processed.

📱 You will always receive an SMS or email with information about the latest possible pick-up date in your selected parcel shop.

🛍 Unfortunately, we cannot resend the package after this process. If you would like to receive the same products again, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

⌛️ The processing time for return packages is up to 10 business days from the day we receive them at our warehouse.

⚡️ If your package is still available at the parcel shop, we recommend picking it up as soon as possible and returning it yourself to ensure faster processing of your return.
