If you have received a gift, you can easily return it yourself by having the purchaser’s order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

📮 The return label will be sent to the purchaser’s email, but you can also download it immediately after creating it to ensure you have quick access.

💳 The refund will always be transferred to the purchaser’s payment card, as those details were provided at the time of purchase. Any financial arrangements should be settled directly between the purchaser and the recipient.
