You have the option to exchange an item by placing a new order for the desired style on our webshop.

Simply return the unwanted item, and we will process your return within 10 business days of receiving it, after which you will receive your refund.

💭 Please note
 We kindly ask you not to indicate an exchange request in your return registration, as we are unable to process manual exchanges during the handling of your return package.

A return fee will always be deducted from the refund amount, as we unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges.
