Can you make changes to my delivery?Updated 3 hours ago

It is unfortunately not possible to make any changes to your delivery, whether for home delivery orders or those shipped to a parcel shop.

However, we do offer the option to cancel your current order so that you can place a new one with your preferred delivery method. Please note that this can only be done if your package has not already been processed at our warehouse.

Cancellations can only be carried out during our normal opening hours.

🛍 When placing your order, we recommend keeping the following in mind:

  • If you use autofill, please be aware that the system may automatically select a parcel shop for you unless you manually choose one during checkout.

  • Sometimes, your preferred parcel shop may not appear in the selection. This could be because the shop has no available capacity at that time.

  • Please note that the carrier may redirect your package to an alternative parcel shop if your chosen one cannot accept more parcels.
