You can easily return multiple items from the same order within 14 days by creating a new return label with the correct email and order number.

✔️ If you have already dropped off your package, the used return label cannot be reused.

✔️ If you wish to return more items from one order and have not yet dropped off your package, but you already created a return label, you must create a new return label and register all the items you wish to return. This ensures correct handling of your return.

✔️ If you have created a return label but not yet used it, you can still use it on your return package, provided that the correct items have been registered.

To correctly register the items you wish to return in our system when we process your return, you must create a completely new return label with all the items you want to return. You will only be charged for one label.
