You have the option to cancel your entire order or just parts of it, as long as it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
All cancellations are handled manually, which means they can only be processed during our normal opening hours.
Cancel my entire order
When an order is fully cancelled, the reserved amount will be released by your bank as soon as possible.
💳 If your bank has not released the funds, we recommend contacting them and presenting the cancellation email we’ve sent you. Please note that it may take longer for the amount to be released back into your account.
Cancel parts of my order
If you would like to cancel a single item from your order, this can be done as long as the order has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
The item will be removed from your order, and the amount refunded once your order has been shipped.
💳 Please note that this is a manual refund, which will also be processed during our opening hours.
Important information
If you used a Mastercard, Visa Electron, or another debit card for the cancelled order, the funds may remain reserved on your account for the current month plus up to 30 days, even though the purchase has been cancelled.
It’s important to note that this reservation is made by your bank, not by BYIC. Your bank has temporarily set aside the amount on your account.
