Always refer to the delivery week stated in your order confirmation, as this may change on the website due to multiple deliveries of the same product.

If your order contains multiple pre-orders with different delivery weeks, the latest week will indicate when you can expect your order to be shipped from our warehouse.

Pre-ordered items can be delivered to our warehouse on any business day within the stated week. There is a possibility that delivery may occur after the indicated week if the product arrives late during that week. We are unable to provide an exact delivery date for your specific pre-order.
