What does a pre-order mean?Updated 4 hours ago
A pre-order means that you can purchase an item before it is physically available in our warehouse.
Before placing an order, you can see under the product in the "pre-order" section when the estimated delivery is expected to arrive at our warehouse. Once you have placed a pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Later, you will receive another email as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

🛍 Orders with multiple items
If your pre-order is placed together with other items in one order, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-ordered item is ready for delivery at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we are not able to split orders, so we always recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive other products right away.
📦 Delivery
Pre-ordered items can arrive at our warehouse on any business day within the indicated week. There is a possibility that delivery may occur after the specified week if the product arrives late during that week. We cannot provide an exact delivery date for your specific pre-order beyond the week already stated.
If your order contains multiple pre-orders with different delivery weeks, the latest delivery week will be the estimated timeframe for when you can expect your order to be shipped from our warehouse.
💳 Payment
Your payment will only be charged once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Until then, the amount will remain as a reservation on your account.
In some cases, the bank may remove this reservation from future transactions, especially if a significant amount of time has passed. Even if the payment is not visible immediately, it remains available for up to 30 days. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, the payment will automatically be charged to your bank account without complications.
🚚 Returns
You have a 14-day return right, which applies from the day you physically receive your package. This period does not start from the date you placed your order, as pre-orders may only arrive at our warehouse after the regular return deadline has expired.
If you have previously unsubscribed from our newsletter, you will not receive updates from us regarding potential delays to your pre-order. If you wish to receive these updates, you can re-subscribe to the newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect the receipt of order confirmations or tracking emails.
